Silvopasture

Grazing animals, productive trees, shade, forage, and managed paddocks can work as one system when timing and stocking are adapted with care.

Orchard & perennials

Potential crops include pecans, mulberries, figs, pears, peaches, plums, pomegranates, loquats, citrus, olives, and native or adapted perennial plants.

Livestock & poultry

Cattle, sheep, goats, pigs, poultry, quail, and bees are possibilities—not promises. Plans will follow the land, labor, welfare, and ecological conditions.

Farm principles

Observe before intervening. Keep soil covered. Maintain living roots. Integrate animals thoughtfully. Increase diversity. Favor perennial systems. Measure and adapt.
