Our story begins with a personal journey. When health challenges in our family pushed us to look more deeply at what we were eating, we became aware of the dramatic differences in how food is grown across the country—and the impact it has on our bodies, our land, and our communities.

We moved across the United States, worked on organic farms, studied regenerative methods, and traveled the world tasting regional cuisines. Everywhere we went, we found the same truth:
food grown with intention tastes—and feels—different.

Those travels brought us home to Texas, where our family’s European immigrant and early American roots run deep. Here, on this land, we decided to build a farm dedicated to everything we love: flavor, craftsmanship, health, and hospitality.
